What can be observed when 230 V heating cables:

Attach heating cable on the underside of the pipe
the water supply must be grounded
the 230 V heating cables are ready to plug and a power supply circuit breaker (FI switch 30 mA) to connect
the heating cable must not be shortened and should therefore be ordered in real length
Rest length can be wound into coils around the tube (note that here a coil distance 15 mm must be adhered by mind.)
Do not bend the heating cable and observe the maximum bending radius of approx. 50 mm
the heating cable can be attached to the pipe with insulation tape or aluminum tape
When using plastic pipes the pipe before installing the heating cable with aluminium tape must be wrapped
the pipe and the heating cable should be isolated 13 mm with an insulation of at least
the thermostat of the heating cable should be attached to the coldest position of piping
the thermostat must be isolated only moderately
use no 230 V heating cables in terms of browsing by animals
the Assembly must be conducted in accordance with VDE0100 by a qualified electrician
